No time change for us this week, and yet thanks to phones deciding to update time anyway plenty of people were thrown. After that start; I am happy to report most of the events don’t start until Thursday so we have some recovery time.

It is a loaded Thursday though for starters REAPs is taking over the library and combating food waste starting at 6:30pm at the downtown branch.
Meanwhile with the cooler weather starting to roll in Forest Power Sports and the Kakwa Park Snowmobile club have got their first meeting of the season scheduled. It is set to get underway at 7pm

Then on Thursday night Doug Robb is set to take over the Black Clover at 9pm for a night of live music.

Starting on Friday night it’s the 50+ Pioneer Bonspiel starting at 4pm. It runs all the way through the weekend at the Prince George Golf and Curling club

The Knox performing Arts Centre is set to host a pair of events starting Friday night at 7pm it’s a A Whole Yacht of Funk with the Big Enuff Big Band. Then on Saturday it’s a Blue Moon Marquee at 7pm

Sadly for those looking for a little extra caffeine in their weekend Perk Up PG in support of the Nechako Karate Club is now totally sold out.
However just reminder Saturday morning the Farmers market will be accepting carved Jack O lanterns back to feed to hungry animals, and you can grab delicious North Roast Coffee there.
