It’s going to be a good week to be spending time at CN Centre with the Cougars with 4 home games on tap this week. Starting on Tuesday we have the Giants are in town and as listed above there will also be an adorable intermission show.
By mid-week, we’ll have a Comedy Night at the Thirsty Moose at UNBC. Which is especially good because it is UNBC Week this week and there will be many events at the University.
Friday and Saturday it’s back to Cougars action with Community Heroes Weekend, which includes a Mega 50/50 jackpot on Saturday night thanks to Inland Truck and Equipment. The Jackpot will benefit many great local causes including the Prince George Firefighters Charitable Society, RCMP Victim Services, Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, and the Honour House Society.
Saturday and Sunday it’s the pumpkin Express at the Railway and Forestry Museum starting at 11am. There will be Free Pumpkins (while supplies last), rides on the minirail, food and crafts and art projects.
Finally don’t forget that advance voting in the Provincial election is on now at various locations and that General Election day is 8am – 8pm on Saturday.
