It should come as a surprise to no one; that as gas, food, and living costs spiral out of control, nostalgia comes at a higher and higher premium. We can see this, as evidence by the latest social media trend “____ What were you like in the 90s?”
What makes this trend work particularly well, is it relies on participants to dig through photo albums, old VHS tapes and other forgotten formats allowing for something outside the run of the mill social media posts.
If you have some of this stuff kicking around I would encourage you to dig through the archives. It’s not only a trip down memory lane for you but a way for future generations to remember things used to be a lot simpler. You might even convince your kids you were cool once…assuming you were cooler than me.
